CHANGE OF COMMAND, CPT DAVID C. SAPP:

Paul Garin was the 220th Aviation Company Maintenance Platoon leader, from late 1970 until late 1971. He replaced Bill Dortch in that capacity. Paul was not with the unit when the 220th stood down. All these great photos were taken by Captain Paul Garin at the change of command ceremony when Captain David C. Sapp took command. These were all taken at Phu Bai:
